Vauxhall and Nine Elms offers mixed-use urban development on an unprecedented scale in Central London.
This project provides over 200 residential dwellings including affordable housing. A new two-form entry primary school and nursery facility, commercial spaces, new public realm, accessible car parking spaces and cycle parking facilities.
Key project challenges included the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of the first section of the new school. Residential structures whilst the existing school remained in occupation; and the logistical challenges of working adjacent to a live railway and the busy Battersea Park Road.
Peter Marshall Steel Stairs provided external access steel stairs, 2 temporary stairs and 4 external steel stairs, all complete with vertical infill balustrade.
