Marshall’s have recently completed a project at the London School of Economics as part of the £120m Centre Buildings Redevelopment. This is the largest development project in the school’s rich 120-year history.
The full redevelopment is due to complete in late 2018, and we were brought on-board to install a new staircase within the old St Clement’s building which rises 7 floors in 27 flights.
The stair design is contemporary with illuminated brushed steel handrails and glass balustrading, whilst the use of red and grey looks professional and sleek.
The client said it was ‘a pleasure’ to work alongside Marshall’s and praised us for our efficiency, which resulted in a further order for another staircase on an older part of the campus.
